How ThrillTech Sports Management stores, uses and shares information about players, coaches and administrators.
Your name, email address and cell number, and — where you are a player — your date of birth, guardian contact details, team, playing position and profile photo.
Sport information captured by your organisation: availability, attendance, training sessions, fixtures, minutes played, match statistics, coach ratings and notes, MVP awards, highlight video links, and your readiness check-ins and training session reviews.
If you choose to connect your own Garmin or Strava account, we also record the training sessions it reports: date and time, activity type, duration, distance, heart rate, calories, elevation and training load. Connecting is entirely your choice and you can disconnect at any time.
To run your organisation's teams, training and fixtures, to record performance, and to help coaching and strength & conditioning staff manage training load and player wellbeing.
Readiness and training review answers are used as coaching prompts. They are not a medical assessment, a diagnosis, or a determination of fitness to participate.
Your organisation's administrators and team managers.
Your coaches and strength & conditioning staff.
ThrillTech Super Admins, for support and platform administration.
Authorised talent scouts, who may see player details, ratings and performance information.
Where your organisation belongs to a league, the league administrator may see participation and results information for enrolled clubs. School data is not opened to league administrators.
A scouting profile is only shared outside the platform when someone with permission creates a share link. Those links can be set to expire and can be revoked at any time.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Information is stored securely and access is limited by role. Photos and documents are kept in private storage that is only served to people with permission.
Information is kept for as long as you are active on the platform and for as long as your organisation needs it for record-keeping.
You may ask to see the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for your account and personal information to be deleted.
For a player under 18, a parent or guardian must give this consent on their behalf.
To exercise any of these rights, contact your organisation's administrator or ThrillTech support.
This notice is part of our full Privacy Policy, which also covers connected services such as Google Calendar and Garmin.
